The contract is a PDF. The receipt is a photo. Your explanation is a text file. They belong together, but converting each one in a different tool creates more work—and more chances to lose their order.
Add them to Organize PDF. Each document contributes its pages; notes and tables become readable PDF pages. Arrange the result, then download one file.
How to do it
- Add the files. Choose your PDFs, photos and notes together, or drop a ZIP. Add files brings in another group without replacing the pages already open. ZIP entries use filename order, so names such as 01-contract.pdf and 02-receipt.jpg are useful.
- Put the pages in order. Drag a thumbnail, or use Earlier and Later. Turn a sideways page with Left or Right. Select several pages to rotate or remove them together. Undo reverses the last page change.
- Check and download. Open a thumbnail to inspect it. Download PDF builds the copy and saves it. Download settings offers optional compression; leave Original quality selected when size is not a problem.
A note should still be text
TXT imports keep paragraphs and line breaks. Markdown supports headings, lists, links, code blocks and tables. The generated PDF contains selectable text, rather than a screenshot of a web page. Text page layout lets you choose paper size, orientation and margins for the next notes you add.
UTF-8 and BOM-marked UTF-16 are supported. If a character is missing from the bundled font, the tool explains the problem before exporting. For other scripts or elaborate layouts, export the note to PDF in an app with suitable fonts, then add that PDF.
What happens to tables and pictures?
CSV and TSV values are printed as text; spreadsheet formulas are not calculated. Long cells wrap, long tables continue onto another page, and wide tables continue in labeled groups of columns.
A multi-page TIFF contributes its pages. Animated images use their first frame. Markdown can include images supplied within the same ZIP; missing or remote images appear as labeled placeholders. Files used as Markdown images are not also appended as separate pages.
Use the smaller tool when it fits
Merge PDF is quicker when you only need to order whole files. JPG to PDF provides image page-size and margin settings. Organize is useful when page 4 of one document belongs between pages from another.
For a packet of separate image files, use PDF to JPG. It can export JPG or PNG, with a page selection for each source.
Check features that live beyond the pages
Combining pages builds a new document. It does not promise to preserve bookmarks, fillable forms, accessibility tags or existing digital signatures. Keep the original and check any features you rely on in the result.
The tool shows which source files contributed and the size of the completed copy. A smaller file is not automatically a better file: compression may soften images, and the Smallest preset removes additional document information.
