Organize PDF Pages
Reorder, rotate, delete, duplicate, add blank pages, or append pages from another PDF in one workspace.
Everything you need to restructure a PDF
Drag to Reorder
Grab any page thumbnail and drag it to a new position. The entire document reflows instantly.
Delete Pages
Remove unwanted pages with one click. Great for trimming cover sheets, blank pages, or appendices.
Add Blank Pages
Insert blank pages anywhere. Perfect for section dividers, note spaces, or print formatting.
Rotate Pages
Fix sideways or upside-down pages. Rotate individual pages or the entire document at once.
When do you need to organize PDF pages?
Scanned documents in wrong order
Batch-scanned documents often come through in the wrong sequence. Drag pages into the correct order without rescanning.
Removing blank or filler pages
Downloaded PDFs and exported reports often include blank pages or unnecessary cover sheets. Delete them in seconds.
Preparing documents for printing
Insert blank pages between sections for double-sided printing, or rearrange pages for booklet layouts.
Changing the page count in metadata
PDF metadata reflects the actual page count. The only way to change it is to actually add or remove pages — which is exactly what this tool does.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add blank pages to an existing PDF?
Yes. Click Add Blank to append a blank page, then drag it to the position you want. The tool uses the size of the first available source page as the default blank-page size.
Does reordering pages affect quality?
Lyonite copies page objects without rasterizing them, so page text, images, and vectors are not intentionally recompressed. The output PDF is rebuilt, though, so document-level features such as bookmarks, forms, attachments, or signatures should be checked after saving.
How is this different from the Rotate tool?
The Rotate PDF tool focuses specifically on fixing page orientation. This organizer is a superset — it includes rotation plus reordering, deletion, duplication, and adding blank pages.
