Why tokens instead of a subscription?
We hate subscriptions that charge you monthly whether you use the service or not. With tokens, you only pay for what you use, and they never expire.
What counts as one PDF process?
Each action on a PDF uses one token: editing metadata (1 token), viewing properties (1 token), removing metadata (1 token). Uploading a file doesn't use tokens — only processing it does.
Do I need an account for the free tier?
Nope. The free tier works without any account. We use anonymous browser-based tracking to count your daily usage. Create an account only if you want to purchase tokens.
What happens when I run out of free processes?
You'll see a friendly message letting you know you've hit the daily limit. Either wait until midnight UTC for your free processes to reset, or grab a token pack to continue immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used more than 10 tokens. See our refund policy for details.
