What This Policy Covers

This refund policy applies to token pack purchases for Lyonite’s PDF tools, including:

  • • Compress PDF
  • • Merge PDFs
  • • PDF to Word
  • • Split PDF
  • • Delete Pages
  • • Rotate PDF
  • • View Metadata
  • • Edit Metadata
  • • Clean Metadata

Tokens work across all PDF tools. 1 token = 1 PDF process.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All token purchases include a minimum 14-day money-back guarantee.

How it works:

  1. 1Within 14 days of purchase, email hello@lyonite.com
  2. 2We'll process your refund, no questions asked
  3. 3You'll receive your money back within 5-10 business days
  4. 4Any remaining tokens will be removed from your account upon refund

After 14 Days

While our official guarantee is a minimum of 14 days, we’re reasonable people.

We WILL refund if:

  • Our PDF tools are fundamentally broken or unusable
  • We can't provide the service you paid for
  • There was a billing error on our end
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

We WON’T refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind after using most of your tokens
  • You violated our Terms of Service and were banned
  • You used tokens extensively then requested a refund
  • External factors (third-party platforms changing, etc.)

Bottom line: If you have a good reason, contact us. We’ll work something out.

How to Request a Refund

Include:

  1. Your account email
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve our PDF tools)
  4. Payment method used

We’ll respond within:

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately banned
  • You won't be able to use our PDF tools in the future
  • We can't resolve the issue amicably
