All Premium subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee.

How it works:

  2. 2We'll process your refund, no questions asked
  3. 3You'll receive your money back within 5-10 business days
  4. 4Your Premium access will be revoked upon refund

After 7 Days

While our official guarantee is 7 days, we're reasonable people.

We WILL refund if:

  • Our tools are fundamentally broken or unusable
  • We can't provide the service you paid for
  • There was a billing error on our end
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

We WON'T refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind after extended use
  • You violated our Terms of Service and were banned
  • You used the service extensively then requested a refund
  • External factors (third-party platforms changing, etc.)

Bottom line: If you have a good reason, contact us. We'll work something out.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Your account email
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
  4. Payment method used

We'll respond within:

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately banned
  • You won't be able to use our services in the future
  • We can't resolve the issue amicably
